August, how time flys!

Dom and I went on a wonderful camping holiday and had a fantastic time together. John and Shauneen and the boys came and we had a great visit so nice to have my grandsons come to see me. Melissa's bridal shower was lots of fun!! Looking forward to the wedding day and all the festivities. Really so much happening, what with the new addition to the family as well, come sooner than later baby! Stacey wants to see her sister get married!

Long enough

Ok I guess it's time. lol
Lots of things going on in our world.Boo is off in Nordegg being a JR. Forest Ranger for the summer.Here is a pic of him the day he left. Dominique and I are getting ready for a camping trip along the forestry trunk road. We are doing 3 different camp sites in 7 days. Lots of fishing and canoeing. Will post pics when I get back. We attended a wedding in June which was very nice.

It is almost May now so lets get on with some warm sunny days! "Please" I hope every one is having a great weekend and enjoying the great weather. lol I am sure it's sunny somewhere!

March news

Wow the month is flying by! Happy St. Patty's day to all those Irish wannabees Yes I said wannabees! The beginning of this month found us in Medicine Hat for my son John's birthday. The weekend started with Yuk Yuks at the Lodge. Alright evening, considering it was suppose to be an evening of fantastic blues at Blues at the Bow. But sadly they have closed the doors because of volunteer burnout, after 11 years. I will surely miss the place. The next day John was in a pool tournament and his team took 1st place. It was awesome to watch them win. We also visited the trade show at the Cypress Centre and got to hook up with my good friend Colleen. She was doing Henna and selling drums. http://www.northernlightsdrumcircles.com/ Then we went to Stacey and David's for an amazing Curry dinner. Thanks chica! The next morning we went to John & Shauneen's for brunch. My grandson Aaron and his buddy made the most delicious pancakes ever! NEXT we were off to Edmonton to a Meatloaf concert. Dom and his son Christopher Boo and myself. What a great time that was. Meatloaf put on a fantastic show. We stayed overnight did some shopping the next day and drove home. Was that a weekend or what! Sadly I have only one pic and it is of Brayden in the hotel hallway. No I won't torture you with that. lol Ok changed my mind! Hey it's a woman's perogitive. Thank you Melissa for putting us up as always you were a superb hostess.

Hello all, I have had a great week! So nice to have such wonderful people in my life. I had a wonderful time last week with Dom at his place. Thank you all for the birthday greetings. I am truely blessed. The flowers are from John Shauneen and the boys. Aren't they beautiful.

Gee I think I have waited long enough

www.bakercreek.com We had a wonderful time and the food was amazing. Well ok, Dom's pasta left some thing to be desired, but other than that it was really good. I have been super busy with work and I am really looking forward to the short month of February. The days are getting longer people. Yippee!!
I am sure by now nobody comes to visit since I have been so neglegent. Please forgive me and say hi ok!

County Christmas Party
